                    Terms 
                    and conditions
 PRICESThe price for the goods will be as specified in this website 
                    at the date of our acceptance of your order. Prices displayed 
                    for products and services are exclusive of VAT.
 
 
 ORDERS
 Orders placed via website will be automatically confirmed 
                    by email once the Credit or Debit Card transaction has been 
                    successfully completed. Orders placed by other means will 
                    be processed upon receipt but will not be confirmed unless 
                    specifically requested.
 
 Boiler Spares UK Ltd reserves the right to decline to accept 
                    any order(s), without providing any explanation, and will, 
                    within 24 hours of receipt of orders, inform the customer.
 
 
 DELIVERY
 We can arrange delivery by Royal Mail (1st class) for small 
                    items. Alternatively for guaranteed delivery, our regular 
                    methods of delivery are carrier, for which the following terms 
                    and conditions apply:
 
 Standard next day delivery rate: All orders accepted by 2pm 
                    between Monday and Thursday are delivered Next Day Delivery.
 
 Alternatively, the following delivery services are offered:
 Express, before 10:00 next day
 Saturday AM, before 12:00
 
 All orders accepted by Friday 2pm are despatched on Friday 
                    and delivered by the following Monday, unless Saturday AM 
                    service is requested, in which case delivery will be by midday 
                    Saturday. All orders received after Friday 2pm until Sunday 
                    will be processed on the following Monday.
 
 The following exceptions apply: For deliveries and transport 
                    cost to Non-Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, 
                    Europe and the rest of the world, please contact 
                    us. Customers must refuse acceptance of delivery of parcels 
                    which appear damaged.
 
 In the case that the delivery is not possible due to there 
                    being no person present at the address to sign acceptance 
                    of delivery, the carrier will request a new delivery date 
                    from the customer and an Aborted Delivery charge of £6.50 
                    will be charged to the customer.
 
 We can send small parcels (up to 2kg) by Royal Mail Special 
                    Delivery, next working day before 13:00 (Monday to Friday) 
                    when orders are accepted by 2pm.
 
 
 OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
 In the unlikely event of components not being available for 
                    immediate despatch, Boiler Spares UK Ltd will immediately 
                    notify the customers who shall have the right to cancel or 
                    change the order, in which case any credit card transaction, 
                    if applied, will be reversed within 24 hours of notification.
 
 
 RETURNS
 Goods will only be accepted back with authorisation from Boiler 
                    Spares UK Ltd and with proof of purchase in the form of the 
                    original delivery note or invoice. Customers must contact 
                    Boiler Spares UK Ltd by email or phone to obtain authorisation 
                    prior to return. A restocking charge of up to 100% may be 
                    deducted from credits issued for returned goods ordered in 
                    error, not required, and for goods and packaging that is returned 
                    damaged, defaced, marked or where there is any indication 
                    of incorrect or inappropriate use or tampering. pcbs and electrical 
                    parts cannot be returned if opened.
 
 
 RISK AND TITLE OF GOODS
 The risk of loss of, or damage to the products shall pass 
                    to the customer at the time of delivery. Title of Goods shall 
                    not pass to the customer until all sums due to Boiler Spares 
                    UK Ltd have been received in full.
 
 
 CLAIMS
 Claims for short or incorrect delivery, or damage to the components, 
                    must be made in writing either by fax (0113 2400676), or email 
                    to sales@boilersparesuk.co.uk 
                    within five days from receipt of goods.
 
 
 WARRANTY
 The warranty period is as shown below for each product and 
                    is effective from the date of despatch from boiler spares 
                    uk. The warranty is valid only where goods have been applied 
                    and used for the purpose for which they are intended and which 
                    have not been tampered with.
 
 The warranty periods are:
 
 12 months for replacement parts with proof of purchase
 
 
 TERMS OF PAYMENT
 Payments shall be made by Credit or Debit Card. BACs or cheque 
                    can also be accepted (funds require to be cleared before goods 
                    are despatched).
 
 
 SPECIFICATIONS
 On this website, specifications are, to the best of our knowledge 
                    correct. We do, however, reserve the right to alter them without 
                    notice if absolutely necessary.
 
 
 EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
 Boiler Spares UK Ltd shall not be liable in respect 
                    of claims arising by reason of death or personal injury, except 
                    in so far as the death or injury is attributable to a failure 
                    by Boiler Spares UK Ltd to exercise reasonable care.
 
 Further, under no circumstances whatsoever shall Boiler Spares 
                    UK Ltd be liable for consequential losses special to the particular circumstances 
                    of the customer, indirect losses, work required in connection 
                    with the removal or change of defective goods and the installation 
                    of repaired or substituted goods, loss of profits, damage 
                    to property or wasted expenditure.
 
 Without prejudice to this condition, where goods are supplied 
                    for the purpose of a business, Boiler Spares UK Ltd 's liability, 
                    whether in respect of one claim or the aggregate of various 
                    claims (other than for claims for death or personal injury 
                    to the extent that the same is caused by a failure of Boiler 
                    Spares UK Ltd to take reasonable care), shall not exceed £1,000,000 
                    and the customer agrees to insure adequately to cover claims 
                    in excess of such amount.
